Research and Determine the Market Value of your Home
After scheduling a tour to view your home my next step is to prepare a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) so we can establish a fair market value for your property. This analysis not only involves analyzing recent property sales in your area, but also assessing conditions specific to your property. We are all aware of the fact that there exists significant differences across properties and it is very important that we recognize your properties strengths as well as any weaknesses. In the end, we have a shared goal of maximizing the value of your home.
Strategic placement of a real estate sign on your property represents the initial stage in the sales process as it helps get the attention of buyers looking for a home in your area. Generally, these people are ready to make a decision faster than people who arrive at your property through media channels. The information on the sign includes my name, direct contact number as well as your properties own personal website!
Professional Photography and Brochures
A professional Real Estate Photographer under my direction will photograph the property so we can provide potential buyers with a comprehensive overview of your home, its finishes and setting. My internal Marketing Coordinator will then design a brochure using the professional photographs of the property and a carefully written description highlighting your homes features. Given the widespread use of direct mailings, the brochure is mailed without an envelope in order to maximize its visual impact and attract more interest in the property. In addition to mailing out the brochures the brochures will be placed inside of the home for potential buyers to take home with them.

Multiple Listing Servie & Lock Box
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the largest online Real Estate database that is only available to licensed Real Estate professionals and its the primary search tool used by over one million Realtors on a daily basis. Your property will be immediately listed on the MLS in order to make it available to other Realtors. Here they can send your home, via email, to their buyers to view.
Once I place your home on the MLS for other Realtors to view, I will place a Lock Box at your property (only if permitted by you) so Realtors can access your home for viewing with their buyers.
